SIGN OUT: If a student must leave campus during the day, he/she must bring a note from home stating the reason. This should be presented to the student’s teacher at the time he/she is to leave class then brought to the office for approval. Verification must be made by phone if students check out. Whatever the reason; whether it is an appointment or illness, a parent and/or the student must sign the student out in the office before leaving. Upon return to school, a note must be presented to teachers of classes missed by the student.
