BWHESAA-USA, Inc. - Annual Convention Registration Information

Package A: July 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025 (10 months) $150.00: Package A Pre-Registration Package includes a t-shirt, lunch at the Convention meeting, and free entrance to all events are guaranteed with a souvenir bag and your Name printed in the Souvenir Program. 

Package B: June 1, 2025 – June 10, 2025, $175.00: Package B Pre-Registration No souvenir bag. Package B include lunch at the Convention meeting, and free entrances to all events are guaranteed. 

Package C: June 11, 2025 to July 3, 2025 registration continues – Package C No souvenir bag. Lunch is upon availability at a reasonable price at the convention meeting.

Package D: (Pay as you go) payment can be made at each event during the Convention on July 4 to July 6, 2025. Lunch is upon availability at a reasonable price at the convention meeting.

*Please note that these rules DO NOT apply to Lifetime Members; however, Lifetime members must make a reservation to attend the Convention by May 31 in order to obtain a souvenir package, by June 10 in order to be guaranteed seating at the Chairman’s Renaissance Ball.
